I am Dr. Makelele Majur, from Kapat Village in Bor, South Sudan — a member of the Koch clan. My journey has taken me from the villages of South Sudan to the halls of the University of Nairobi, where I completed my Master's degree.
I have seen firsthand how limited resources and lack of access to education keep intelligent and innovative young people out of the global conversation. I am here to change that reality.
